If you have a problem with your animal check all the resources below and I'm sure you can be helped in some way.
Firstly check the information in the main species sections, I find a lot of emails I receive could be answered by reading these, I do not mind responding to these questions but you may get the answer faster from these sections.
If the main sections cannot help you, try the 'Article Archive'. It includes a lot of information about general keeping/breeding aspects.
Still no luck? Try the interactive resources:-
- The 'RodNet Forum': This is probably the most useful way of gaining answers to questions. Not only will you get more than one persons opinion, but also enabling other uses to benefit from it.
- The 'Chat': Similar to the Message Board but in real-time, meaning you will get an answer 'instantly'. Also benefiting from multiple answers. Available at 20:00GMT every Wednesday and Sunday.
- Instant Messaging: You are probably all aware of one or another Instant Messaging programs. I am available on Y! Messenger, AIM, and MSN Messenger. Use 'headsortailsuk' with Y! and AIM, and 'matt_wright7@hotmail.com' with MSN. I am online a lot of the time, ideal for quick questions and chat. Faster response than E-Mail.
- E-Mail: I will usually reply to emails within 2 days of receiving them.
